Mousse au Chocolat

 
 

Buvette’s Mousse au Chocolat has amassed a kind of cult following – made with semisweet chocolate, butter, eggs, a little salt and a little sugar, all hand-whipped in the kitchen’s impressively large metal bowl. The final touch is the perfectly airy crème Chantilly (lightly sweetened whipped cream).
